Due to an oriental fruit fly infestation, eighty five miles of Miami-Dade County land is under a quarantine. Growers in the area are not supposed to move plants or fruits during the quarantine until they contact officials. Oriental fruit flies can cause damage to Florida crops such as mangoes and avocados.
